High volume, rule-describable, and currently done by hand — invoice and document processing, support triage, data entry and reconciliation between systems. If it happens dozens of times a week and follows a describable pattern, it is a candidate.
What is the return on AI automation?+
It varies by process, which is why we baseline the current cost in hours before building and report against it afterwards. A workflow that cannot clear its own cost is one we will advise you not to automate.
Will this replace our staff?+
In practice it removes the repetitive portion of a role rather than the role. The usual outcome is the same team handling materially more volume, with humans reviewing the cases the system is unsure about.

If a system has an API we can integrate with it. Where none exists we work through supported export and import paths rather than brittle screen scraping.
